A new format of cricket will be seen next year as England cricket board is ready to launch the 100-ball competition named 'The Hundred'.
The name and kits of both men's and women's teams were shared on Thursday. There are eight teams overall, and they have also made their first picks. England all-rounder Ben Stokes will play for the Northern Superchargers and Chris Woakes, Moeen Ali, for the Birmingham Phoenix.
Trent Rockets have signed Joe Root, while Jofra Archer is set to represent Southern Brave. The men's and women's Hundred will run from 17 July to 16 August 2020.
