Virat Kohli and Glenn Maxwell

Virat Kohli has made everyone a fan of his batting and Glenn Maxwell is one of them. The Australian cricketer is in awe of Virat's flawless batting.

In the year 2018, Virat has been in prime form. Recently, he scored three consecutive centuries against the West Indies in ODIs. The Indian skipper is also close to scoring most centuries in a year. Currently, he has 10 centuries, Sachin Tendulkar is on top with 12 hundred.

Maxwell and Kohli are good friends but things were a little heated when the former had mocked the latter's shoulder injury during Australia's visit to India in Ranchi Test.

However, that doesn't stop Maxwell from lauding Kohli. Talking about the man on century spray, Aussie batsman said, “Virat Kohli is an amazing player, incredible captain, and leader. He’s got an insatiable appetite of being the best. He’s been the best fielder, best batter, best fitness wise. He’s got an incredible desire to just dominate. If you’d look at his technique, it’s almost flawless."

What amazes Maxwell is Kohli's ability to play every shot. He has a wide range of scoring area and isn't restricted to only one region.

“He just hits the middle of the bat so much more often than everyone else. It looks like he has more time and just makes good decisions. Combine all this with an incredible eye and an incredible training ethic and he becomes the best in the world,” he added.
