Prime Minister Narendra Modi had accepted Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli's fitness challenge on social media. The video was due from the PM and he finally posted it on Wednesday.

The 'fitness challenge' campaign, "#HumFitTohIndiaFit" was started by sports minister Rajyavardhan Rathore on Twitter. It garnered support from social media users to celebrities.

Modi, after getting challenged by Virat, tweeted, "Challenge accepted, Virat! I will be sharing my own #FitnessChallenge video soon."

Now, after a while, he shared the video with a message. PM Modi wrote, “Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises (sic).”

The 67-year-old Indian Prime Minister further challenged Indian table tennis star Manika Batra, Karnataka’s new Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy and entire fraternity of Indian police officers, especially those over 40 years of age, to post their fitness videos on social media.
