Shikhar Dhawan is the latest Indian cricketer to have extended his support to the ongoing #HumFitTohIndiaFit fitness challenge organized by the sports minister of India, Rajyavardhan Rathore.
Dhawan completed the fitness challenge thrown at him by the renowned Punjabi singer Ranjit Bawa. The southpaw posted a video on his official Twitter page where he was seen doing some pull-ups to promote this noble initiative.
Dhawan also thanked Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore and nominated India woman cricketer Harmanpreet Kaur and all-rounder Yusuf Pathan to carry forward the fitness challenge.
"Here is my fitness video for the wonderful #FitnessChallenge initiative by @ra_THORe. I now challenge @ImHarmanpreet and @iamyusufpathan to post their fitness videos. #HumFitTohIndiaFit," Dhawan wrote in the caption of the video.
Dhawan played for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the recently concluded Indian Premier League. The left-hander had a stellar campaign with the willow, scoring 497 runs from 16 innings. He was the second highest run-getter for IPL 2018 runners-up after skipper Kane Williamson (735 runs in 17 innings).
