Shane Watson and Kevin Pietersen are making their presence felt at the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2018. On Thursday, playing for the Quetta Gladiators, Watson smashed an unbeaten 90 off just 58 balls while Kevin Pietersen hit a 34-ball 52.
Thanks to the two veterans, Gladiators scored 180-4 and secured a 67-run victory over Karachi Kings. They are now second in the points table.
Former England cricketer, Pietersen shared a picture of the two together on Instagram after the exploit. The fun part was the caption which read, "Smash brothers?!?! ????????". Pietersen had tried to name the duo similar to Brendon McCullum and Aussie cricketer Chirs Lynn's bonding in Big Bash League. McCullum and Lynn are called 'Bash Brothers'.

Pietersen, who is playing his final competitive tournament, also shared the post on Twitter. Seeing the caption, the former Kiwi cricketer hopped in for a banter. Quoting the tweet, he said, "More like “Cash Brothers!” ". McCullum plays PSL for Lahore Qalandars.

As expected the English cricketer took it in light humor and replied, "????????????????! Only on the golf course! ????????????????????????????".

Pietersen loves to play golf. He had recently mocked golfer Kevin Na on social media. The golfer often takes time to play his shot and considered as a slow player.
