A couple of days back, things got heated up between R Ashwin and Herschelle Gibbs on Twitter. The latter tried to have some fun with Indian spinner but Ashwin didn't take it lightly.
The Tamil Nadu cricketer had posted a video on Twitter, where he was promoting a new Nike shoe product. Gibbs decided to joke on Ashwin's laziness in the field. However, the joke didn't go well with Ashwin and he retorted back at Gibbs, taking a dig at Gibbs' involvement in match fixing.
After two days, Ashwin, who is usually very sarcastic, tried to make fun of his banter with Gibbs. It was a parody account of N Srinivasan which asked Twitteratis to tweet about players they want to meet, but in a certain format.
Replying to him, the offie wrote, "I can meet Gibbs, but not Ashwin.????????". This reply left his fans giggling.
