WATCH- “Besharmo..”- Yuvraj Singh hilariously rebukes Abhishek, Shubman, Prabhsimran after Rishabh gifts him a golf club

Yuvraj Singh has been training youngsters like Abhishek, Gill, and Prabhsimran since a long time.

Yuvraj Singh received a golf club as a gift from Rishabh Pant | InstagramFormer India cricketer Yuvraj Singh had a storied and legendary career for the Men in Blue side. He won the 2007 T20 World Cup and was the Player of the Series in India’s 2011 ICC World Cup win.

He then made a huge comeback from a life-threatening cancer diagnosis and had an excellent career in the IPL as well, captaining the Punjab franchise and winning the IPL with the Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2016.

Yuvraj Singh called time on his international career in 2020 and, since then, he has been working hard on training the next generation of batters. Yuvraj Singh has mentored Abhishek Sharma, Shubman Gill, Prabhsimran Singh, and many more Punjab batters to hone their skills and improve their fitness.

This has resulted in Shubman Gill becoming a mainstay of the Indian Test and ODI teams and also becoming the captain in these formats. Abhishek Sharma is the no. 1-ranked T20I batter, and Prabhsimran Singh has been terrific for the Punjab Kings franchise.

Recently, even Rishabh Pant was seen taking some batting tips from Yuvraj Singh and training under his watchful eyes. This happened before the IPL 2026 began, and Pant had lost his place in India’s T20I squad.

Showing his gratitude towards his guru, Pant sent a premium golf club as a gift, and Yuvraj Singh unboxed Pant’s gift.

Ant sent a touching message to Yuvraj along with the gift—"Dear Yuvi paaji, thank you for your support and guidance. See you on the golf course. Love RP."

However, in a funny twist, he hilariously called out his students, Gill, Abhishek, Prabhsimran, Nehal Wadhera, Abdul Samad, and Naman Dhir. He called them shameless in jest and signalled that he wanted gifts from them as well, as Rishabh Pant did.

Yuvraj captioned his post with "Sharam karo (Have some shame)," tagging Shubman Gill, Abhishek Sharma, Prabhsimran Singh, Nehal Wadhera, Abdul Samad, Naman Dhir, and Priyansh Arya.
