On the occasion of Valentine's Day, India all-rounder Hardik Pandya unveiled a new tattoo for his girlfriend, Mahieka Sharma. Hardik and Mahieka have been dating since 2025 and the cricketer got the tattoo as a symbol of their love.
The tattoo, designed at Aliens Tattoo by lead artist Tushar Marane, includes two leopards—one bold and realistic, the other composed of flowing linework that subtly forms the letter "M" for Mahieka.
According to the tattoo studio, Hardik initially wanted a subtle tribute to Mahieka, something meaningful yet intimate. However, during conversations about their relationship and what they meant to each other, the concept evolved into a more detailed artwork.
“Hardik came with the idea of an initial, but conversations revealed something much deeper. They described themselves as partners who amplify each other’s strength. The leopard became the perfect metaphor, powerful alone, unstoppable together. This tattoo is not decoration; it’s a story permanently carried. Some tattoos are requested, some are discovered, this piece was built through trust and emotion. When a tattoo reflects a real story, it stops being ink and becomes memory," said Sunny Bhanushali, founder of Aliens Tattoo.
Hardik Pandya confirmed his relationship with Mahieka Sharma last year. During the South Africa series in December, the all-rounder expressed gratitude towards Mahieka for being his biggest support and shared that ever since she came into his life, he has been achieving success.
“A lot of credit goes to the loved ones which I had. Special mention to my partner as well. She’s been nothing but best to me since she has entered my life and a lot of great things have happened since she has arrived," Hardik had said.
“I think I’ve been a very honest and very real person in life as well, which has helped me a lot. I don’t really sugarcoat a lot in my life. It’s never about the other person, it’s never about how others think or how others perceive. It is always about how I feel inside. Now it’s time where Hardik Pandya wants to just play the sport and enjoy every second on the ground. Bigger and better will be the motto in my life," he added.
Hardik Pandya was previously married to Natasa Stankovic. The two, who tied the knot in 2020, confirmed their separation in July 2024. They continue to co-parent their son, Agastya.
