Virat Kohli returned to India on Thursday afternoon, landing in Mumbai to a rousing welcome from fans gathered outside the airport.
The former India captain appeared comfortable and jovial as he stepped out, attracting the attention of fans wanting to see him. As cameras encircled him, Kohli originally asked for some space to make his way to his car.
When he arrived in the parking lot, he handed over his bag to a member of his support team before pausing to acknowledge people waiting for photos. Showing his customary pleasant side, he even shouted out to admirers who were hoping for a photo, ensuring that everyone who wanted one received one.
“Haan bhai, kaun kaun hai photo wala? (Yes, who all wants to get a photo?)," Kohli can be heard saying in a video that has since gone viral on social media.
Kohli advised others to move cautiously and safely, ensuring that the crowd situation remained under control. After a few minutes of greeting supporters and posing for photos, he got into his car and left the airport.
