R Ashwin is known for cleverness off the field and loves trolling other people. On Sunday (October 19), he shared a screen recording of his WhatsApp, talking to a fake contact of Australian cricketer Adam Zampa.
The number was showing the ISD code of the UAE, and he has messaged Ashwin on WhatsApp to ask for the number of Indian and UP cricketer Rinku Singh and even provided a list of names of the players whose contacts he wanted. The list included Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson, Jasprit Bumrah, Jitesh Sharma, Rinku Singh, and Shivam Dube.
However, seeing that Ashwin was not replying to him, the fake Adam Zampa even tried calling him. That’s when Ashwin seemed to start messing with him.
Ashwin then told him that he was 'sending the list shortly' and even asked the prankster whether the list was 'enough' and if the troll also required former captain MS Dhoni's number. The UAE texter had Dhoni's phone number and even shared a contact card titled 'MS Dhoni Indian Cricketer.'
When the prankster asked Ashwin to give 'all' of the player contacts he had, Ashwin responded sarcastically, 'Compiling in Excel' and 'Preparing it for you.'

Ashwin, who retired from all cricket, including the IPL, will be seen playing for the Sydney Thunder in this year’s Big Bash League season, BBL 15, which begins on December 14 with the final on January 25.
