This video clip depicts some kind of awkward training done by the women's team. But it has been said that this video is, in fact, showing the training of the Under-19 Women's Cricket Team of Pakistan.

This video clip shows four cricketers from the women's cricket team holding each other by the legs and hands in an awkward manner while their other team mates encourage them. This video clip has gone viral on many platforms, where the criticism is aimed directly at Wahab Riaz.

The video was shared on social media with the caption (translated into English from Urdu): "The Strange Training of Pakistani Women's Team Players! Brothers, ever since we saw Wahab Riaz and Aamer Yameen with the Pakistani women's team, they've been appearing to practice in new styles every day. The social media user was fact-checked with another post stating, "This is the Pakistan U19 women’s team." Wahab Riaz and Umaid Asif are not part of its team management; both are with the senior team. First, learn about the teams and their support staff before spreading propaganda."  

The video has now gone viral on social media, and X users were left stunned seeing the unusual way the women’s players were exercising. Several users have shared hilarious comments seeing the new exercise being performed.
