A video from the presentation ceremony after the Kerala Cricket League (KCL) final has taken the internet by storm.

The clip shows former India pacer Sreesanth walking past Sanju Samson while greeting other members on the stage, triggering speculation among fans about a possible rift between the two Kerala cricketers.

Samson was already on the dais with his hands behind his back. As Sreesanth walked along the stage, he appeared to ignore the Indian wicketkeeper-batter. Sreesanth then went on to shake hands with other members standing nearby.

While the moment has gone viral on social media, neither Sreesanth or Samson made any public comments to address the matter.

Sreesanth has historically been a strong supporter of Samson, giving the latter his big break by facilitating a trial with the Rajasthan Royals more than a decade ago.

He previously criticized the Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) for dropping Samson from the state side, calling him a "gem of Kerala", which even led to Sreesanth facing a temporary suspension and disciplinary notices from the association.
