Sanju Samson, the opener for Team India, has started getting ready for the forthcoming T20I series against England and Ireland. In order to prepare for the tour, the wicketkeeper-batter was spotted working hard in the nets.
India and Ireland will play two Twenty20 Internationals in Belfast on June 26 and 28. After winning the T20 World Cup in 2026, this will be the Men in Blue's first international assignment in the format.
India will play five T20Is and three ODIs in England after the Ireland series. On July 1, the T20I series will begin at Chester-le-Street.
During practice, the 31-year-old appeared to be in perfect touch. He made some amazing shots, some of which were no-look sixes. One of Samson's fan clubs shared the video of his nets session on social media.
