India's bowling all-rounder Deepak Chahar shows off his guitar skills ahead of the third ODI against Sri Lanka. Chahar is currently the talk of the town for his match-winning knock of 69* runs in the second ODI to seal the series.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCC) took to Twitter on Thursday (July 22) and posted the video of Chahar playing guitar and singing a medley of Bollywood classics.
Chahar was joined by the Indian cricket team physio, Niranjan Pandit for the video. They could be seen enjoying the music while the Indian cricketer played guitar as well.
They sang "Aaj kal tere mere pyar ke charche hain", "Hain apna dil toh aawara", "Ek ajnabi haseena se", and "Kya hua tera wada".
"The retro medley ft. @deepak_chahar9 & Niranjan Pandit - #TeamIndia physio for the Sri Lanka series," wrote BCCI while posting the video.
The third ODI between India and Sri Lanka will be played on July 23. India have won the first two matches to secure the series. They were in trouble in the second ODI but Chahar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar helped them chase down 276 runs after being seven down on 193 runs.
