With Virat Kohli and Co. staying in the UK for the upcoming five-match Test series against England, a completely new team that has a good mix of young and experienced players led by Shikhar Dhawan was selected for the limited-overs tour of Sri Lanka in July.

As head coach Ravi Shastri is also in England, former India skipper Rahul Dravid has been appointed as the head coach of this Indian side in the Island nation.

Former Pakistan opener Salman Butt in his latest YouTube video talked about how lucky the Indian team is to train under the guidance of Dravid who has been a ‘successful captain’ and has ‘organizational skills'.

India are hiring specialists to train their players. Not only specialists in cricket skills, but also ones who are organizational specialists, who can guide teams in the right direction. Rahul Dravid has been the captain as well,” Butt said.

And it wasn’t if he was the makeshift captain and or a failed leader, who was sacked. In fact, he was a successful skipper,” he added.
