SL v IND 2021: Sanjay Manjrekar joins Ajit Agarkar, Ajay Jadeja in commentary panel for Sri Lanka tour

The series will be aired in four different languages; English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

Former cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar will be a part of the English commentary panel for the upcoming India tour of Sri Lanka. The tour will start with a three-match ODI series from July 13.

Ex-players such as Ajit Agarkar, Ajay Jadeja and the famous British broadcaster Matt Floyd are going to accompany Manjrekar. The Hindi studio show will be presented by Mohammad Kaif, Vivek Razdan, Amit Mishra, Saba Karim along with Arjun Pandit.

Apart from England and Hindi, the series will also be aired live in Tamil and Telugu. Laxman Sivaramakrishnan will commentate in Tamil, along with WV Raman, Vidhyut Sivaramakrishnan, T Arasu, and S Seshadri.

The Telugu commentary panel includes Venkatapathy Raju, Gnaneshwar Rao, C Venkatesh, RJ Hemanth, Sandeep Kumar, and Vijay Mahavadi.

While head coach Ravi Shastri is on the England tour along with India's Test squad which includes the core members of the team, India's senior batsman Shikhar Dhawan has been named as the captain and Rahul Dravid will be the head coach for the Sri Lanka tour.

Sony Pictures Networks India has the broadcasting rights for the tour. SONY TEN 1 and SONY SIX will telecast the matches in English, SONY TEN 3 in Hindi, and on the newly launched SONY TEN 4 in Tamil and Telugu from 1.30 pm IST as well as live-streamed on its on-demand OTT platform SonyLIV.

The newcomers like Devdutt Padikkal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Nitish Rana, Krishnappa Gowtham, and Chetan Sakariya are expected to make their India debut on the tour.
