India seamer Shardul Thakur was annoyed by the South Africa batter Tema Bavuma moving away at the last moment of his run-up. He lost his cool and ended up verbally abusing Bavuma which was caught on the stump mic.
The incident happened during the last session of Day 4 in the second Test between India and South Africa. The hosts needed only 9 runs to win when Shardul charged in to bowl the second delivery of the 67th over.

Bavuma pulled out at the last moment which left the India bowler furious. Shardul was heard saying, “What the F**k” on the stump mic, and the on-field umpire Allahudien Paleker told him to mind his language.
The match had already seen a few heated moments between players from both sides. Jasprit Bumrah and Marco Jansen were also involved in an on-field exchange of words during India's second innings.
All these moments have made the series spicy and with both teams winning one match each, the last Test in Cape Town is expected to be an intense match.
