The Indian team was seen hard at work on their second day in the nets in Centurion, where the first Test match against South Africa will be played from December 26 onwards. India is yet to win a Test series in South Africa, while they have conquered Australia, New Zealand, and England.

India lost 2-1 in 2018 in the Test series despite giving a close fight to the home side, but this time the Virat Kohli-led side is coming on the back of a good run in Test cricket.

Indian team began their outdoor practice in Centurion after completing their quarantine and head coach Rahul Dravid, for whom it would be the first overseas tour in the capacity, was eager to be involved in getting the team ready for the Proteas challenge.

The official Twitter account of the BCCI shared photos of day two of the team’s preparations for the first Test match and Dravid was seen talking to the entire team and sharing his plans for the day. Dravid and Ashwin were seen in conversation during nets.
