IND v SL 2023: WATCH- Ishan Kishan, Virat Kohli entertain Eden crowd with amazing dance moves

Kohli was also seen dancing on 'Dhinka Chika' while fielding.

Ishan Kishan and Virat Kohli dancing on the sidelines during Kolkata ODI | TwitterTeam India pocketed the three-match ODI series after winning the second match at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on January 12. India had won the first ODI in Guwahati by 67 runs but had to work hard in Kolkata for a 4-wicket victory and go 2-0 up in the three-match series.

Sri Lanka had batted first after winning the toss and thanks to a half-century from debutant Nuwanidu Fernando and contributions from Kusal Mendis and Dunith Wellalage, Sri Lanka made 215 runs in 39.4 overs.

Kuldeep Yadav (3/51) and Mohammed Siraj (3/30) were the picks of Indian bowlers.

India didn’t have a great start as they were reduced to 86/4 with Shubman Gill (21) and Shreyas Iyer (28) crossing the 20-run mark. Then KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya (36) added 75 runs for the fifth wicket to bring India some stability.

After Pandya got our, Rahul found an able partner in Akshar Patel (21) with whom he carried the chase forward and took the game away from Sri Lanka. 

It was KL Rahul, who kept one end engaged and remained unbeaten on 64 in 103 balls with 6 fours to his name, while Kuldeep Yadav hit 10* with 2 fours to seal the 4-wicket win in 43.2. overs.

Though Virat Kohli failed to score his third century in a row, he entertained the crowd at Eden Gardens as he was captured on video, dancing near the DJ platform and was joined in the fun by Ishan Kishan, who failed to get a game despite scoring a double hundred in his last ODI.  

The video of Virat and Ishan dancing in front of the fans has gone viral on social media platforms.

Not only this, but Virat Kohli was seen dancing on the field as well as he was seen doing some moves on the song ‘Dhinka Chika’.

The third ODI will be played on Sunday, January 15 in Thiruvananthapuram.
