Legendary Indian all-rounder, Kapil Dev, heaped praise on India's Ravindra Jadeja after the all-rounder single-handedly guided Team India to a massive win in the first Test against Sri Lanka in Mohali.
Jadeja scored an unbeaten 175 in Mohali to break Kapil Dev's 35-year-old record of the highest score by an Indian batter at No. 7 or below in Test cricket. Then, the spinner snared 9 wickets, including a fifer, to help India beat Sri Lanka by an innings and 222 runs in the first Test in Mohali.
Hailing Jadeja for his all-around show, Kapil Dev explained why he loves Jadeja's game among the younger crop of cricketers in the modern era.

As reported by Times Now, Kapil Dev said at an event: “I love Ravindra Jadeja’s game among the new cricketers because he plays without pressure. He enjoys cricket. That’s why he is good at bowling as well as batting. He also does a great job in fielding. I believe that nothing can be done properly under pressure. If you take pressure in the field of cricket, then your performance will be bad.”
He also expressed his love for the iconic M. A. Chidambaram Stadium or the Chepauk Stadium, which is the home ground of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the side represents in the IPL.
The legendary all-rounder signed off by saying, “I can proudly say that Chepauk is one of the grounds where I never failed.”
