Indian batter Ishan Kishan was seen in a heated conversation with South African spinner Tabraiz Shamsi during the third T29I between the two sides which was hosted by Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam on June 14, 2022.
Proteas captain Temba Bavuma won his third toss in a row and chose to bowl first. Both the teams came into this match unchanged.
India started off explosively with Ruturaj Gaikwad (57 in 35 balls) and Ishan Kishan (54 in 35 balls) adding 97 runs for the first wicket in 10 overs. Gaikwad hit 7 fours and 2 sixes in his knock, while Kishan slammed 5 fours and 2 sixes in his innings.

One of those six came in the 9th over of India's innings, when Kishan hit a flat six off Tabraiz Shamsi off an overpitched delivery for a six over midwicket. Off the next ball which was a full toss, Ishan tried to reverse sweep Shamsi, but couldn’t get it past the fielder at point.
As he went down on his knee ruing the missed opportunity, the camera with an above-the-shoulder shot, showed Shamsi muttering a few words to Ishan. Kishan gave it back to Shamsi with some anger. This led to Kishan slamming him for 4, 6, and 4 in their next meeting including the boundary bringing him his second fifty of the series.
