Indian skipper Virat Kohli got out on a duck in the second Test against New Zealand on Friday (November 3). He was adjudged LBW in a controversial decision by the third umpire Virender Sharma on the last delivery of the 30th over.
The replay showed that there was a big inside edge almost at the same time the ball made contact with the pad, but the TV umpire did not find any conclusive evidence to overturn the decision as he felt the ball hit the pad first.

Kohli had come out to bat after Cheteshwar Pujara‘s five-ball duck in the same over. New Zealand spinner Ajaz Patel dismissed both the batters in the 30th over of India's innings, before getting Shubman Gill out in the 28th over.
India were 80/0 before Ajaz picked up three quick wickets to bring the visitors back in the game. Mayank Agarwal held one end and scored a half-century after an average performance in the first Test.
