India’s star cricketer Virat Kohli was not really impressed with chants of "RCB, RCB, RCB" at Nagpur’s VCA Stadium ahead of the second T20I match against Australia on Friday (September 23).

The second T20I between India and Australia was delayed by a couple of hours due to a wet outfield in Nagpur, and during the wait, players like Kohli, Harshal Patel, and Yuzvendra Chahal were seen standing near the gallery of the dressing room.

Seeing their favorite star, fans started chanting "RCB, RCB" to get Kohli’s attention, and they succeeded, but the former skipper wasn’t really impressed with the fans and immediately pointed toward the India badge on his jersey to remind them that he was representing India and not the IPL franchise RCB.

With Kohli’s gesture asking the fans to chant for the Indian cricket team, the section of the crowd immediately stopped the RCB chants and started cheering for the star cricketer.

Notably, Kohli has been playing for RCB since the IPL began in 2008. On the other hand, Harshal has been part of the RCB for some time now, while Chahal has also played for the franchise for several seasons, leading fans to chat RCB, RCB, though, seeing Kohli’s unpleasantness, they stopped.

India won the 8-affair by 6 wickets to level the ongoing three-match T20I series at 1-1 against Australia with the series decider set to take place on Sunday (September 25) in Hyderabad.
