Farzi Times: A 60 minutes chat made Virat Kohli miss his debut county stint, reason for injury revealed

Virat Kohli suffered an injury which will make him miss English county cricket.

Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli sustained a neck injury during Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018. He was set to play for Surrey in the English country championship and now that opportunity has been taken away from him.

It is clear that Virat has got an injury, but what caused the injury hasn't come out yet. But for how long? The team of Farzi Times, which is often hired by James Bond and Sherlock Holmes, is working day and night to find out the 'real' reason behind this whole incident.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper had to carry his team throughout the season once again and that must have hurt Kohli a lot. But that was just the beginning. What happened after getting knocked out from IPL caused the real problem for Virat.

The 29-year-old had met Bollywood star Ajay Devgn for one hour during a shoot. The 60 minutes chat with the actor made the pain worse.

Virat wanted to talk with Ajay by making an eye contact, and for that, he had to tilt his head. The one hour chat with Devgn, for whom Leaning Tower of Pisa looks straight, made him suffer. Also with Ajay speaking in 'Zubaan Kesari', it gave him extra headache, as he was asked to consume flavored elaichi to decipher the language.

We talked to Kohli after the unfortunate incident. "Actually Anushka had warned me and asked me to take neck pillow. But I refused," he said. "I never knew the pain will get worse. I tried to make the talk look interesting by making the eye contact. But now I make contacts with doctors only," Virat added.

The Indian skipper thinks this will help him in England. He said: "I hope my head remains tilt like this at least till overseas tours. It will help me leave bouncers in England. Jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai."

Talking more about his chat with Devgn, Virat said, "It was a weird conversation. He kept saying 'K Shree' by offering his hand. I thought he mistook me as Sreesanth and saying "Okay Shree" by offering his hand for a goodbye handshake. I politely replied 'I think you mistook me for Sreesanth, I am Virat'. But later, spitting Gutkha from his mouth, Ajay said: "Aree bsdk I am offering Vimal Pan Masala and it's 'Kesari', ab haath chhod". Well, that shook me."

Virat signed off while playing Temple Run. Poor guy wasn't even tilting the phone thinking it's already tilted.

Note: The article is just for fun and not to offend anyone. It's pure fiction. Wishing our skipper Virat Kohli a speedy recovery.
