India outplayed England in the second T20I | GettyFormer India opener Wasim Jaffer and ex-England skipper Michael Vaughan often engage in banter on social media. They pull each other’s legs at the expense of their team's performance.

On Saturday (July 10), Jaffer got the opportunity to troll Vaughan after England suffered a crushing 49-run defeat at the hands of India in the second T20I at Edgbaston.

Jaffer trolled Vaughan by posting a video, in which social media influencer Hasbulla Magomedov can be seen whistling.

“Hope you're ok @MichaelVaughan,” he wrote in the caption.

Coming to the match, the visitors posted 170/8 on the board after being asked to bat first. Ravindra Jadeja was the top scorer with 46 not out off 29 balls.

Richard Gleeson was the stand-out bowler for England as he removed India’s top three and conceded only 15 runs in his four overs. Chris Jordan also returned with impressive figures of 4 for 27 in his four overs.

Defending the total, India bowled out the home team for 121 in 17 overs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar starred with the ball for the tourists, claiming three wickets by conceding only 15 runs in his three overs. Jasprit Bumrah (2-10) and Yuzvendra Chahal (2-10) picked two scalps each while Harshal Patel (1-34) and Hardik Pandya (1-29) took wicket apiece.

With this victory, Team India took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match T20I series. The third and final T20I of the series will take place on Sunday (July 10) at Trent Bridge.
