While BCCI shared some photos of Indian players working hard in the nets for the upcoming third Test match against England at Leeds, the Indian captain took to social media and shared a small video of himself lifting weights as he is getting ready to take on the hosts.

“There's literally no substitute to hard work,” Kohli wrote as the caption to his video on Twitter.
