Virat Kohli put on a show with the bat in India’s ongoing Asia Cup 2022 match against arch-rivals Pakistan at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Kohli arrived in the middle after the dismissal of Rohit Sharma in the sixth over. The former India skipper was full of intent right from the start.

Although the Men in Blue kept losing wickets at regular intervals after a blazing start, Kohli held the one end firmly and paced his innings brilliantly.

The right-hander notched up his half-century in the 18th over with a six off Mohammad Hasnain. It was a trademark Virat Kohli shot as he whipped the Pakistan pacer over cow corner for half-a-dozen.

After notching up his fifty, Kohli seemed like a relieved man as he raised his bat and then kissed the badge.

Virat Kohli eventually got run out in the final over for 60 off 44 balls and his knock was studded with 4 fours and 1 six. Thanks to his half-century, India posted a massive 181/7 on the board.
