Virat Kohli not only has fans because he is a legend of his generation or because of his numerous records with the bat, but also because of how treats those who love him and makes efforts to keep his fans happy. He has fans who are willing to go the extra mile just for something as trivial as getting a selfie clicked.

Something similar was seen recently in Dubai where the Indian team had their first practice session ahead of the Asia Cup 2022 which will be played in UAE from August 27 and India faces off against arch-rivals Pakistan on August 28.

India was having his first nets session at the ICC academy ground and fans had flocked to catch a glimpse of their favorite cricketers. After the conclusion of the same, as Kohli was making his way back to the team bus, a fan came rushing towards him, wanting a photo with the cricketer, but was stopped by security guards.

Kohli kept walking towards the exit unknown of the fan’s attempt to get a selfie with him as security kept him at bay. After the fan screamed at Kohli and told him that he has come all the way from Lahore, Pakistan only to get a picture clicked with him, Virat took notice, and later came back to get a selfie clicked.

The fan named Mohammad Jibran considered Virat Kohli his favorite player and talked to PakTv as well sharing his feelings.

"I am not a fan of anyone but Virat Kohli, for whom I have come from Pakistan hoping to get a picture clicked with him. I waited for an entire month for this so the moment he finished his practice and was about to go back to his hotel, I tried a lot. He is an amazing person besides being a fabulous cricketer. He listened to me and agreed to my request of getting the selfie clicked," the fan told PakTV.

Here is the video of the same:

Jibran added that he wants Kohli to return to form as quickly as possible, and does not care if it happens to be during the game against Pakistan on Sunday.
