Bangladesh made headlines for their first-ever Test victory in New Zealand as they won the opening Test match of the two-match series by 8 wickets. Their outstanding display of cricket was applauded by the cricket pundits and former cricketers from around the world.

But the visitors have not started the second Test well, as they conceded 349 runs on Day 1 and managed to pick only one wicket. New Zealand opener and stand-in captain Tom Latham is currently batting on 186*, and his batting partner Devon Conway is unbeaten on 99.

It was a terrible day of cricket for Bangladesh and it featured a funny fielding error from them which leaked 7 runs off one delivery. New Zealand opener Will Young survived an edge to the slip cordon in the 27th over of their innings.

Will's catch was put down and the ball got deflected towards the boundary as the New Zealand batters ran three runs. When the ball was thrown back to the keeper's end, Nurul Hasan collected the ball and threw it to the bowler's end, sensing a chance of a run-out.

Unfortunately, it missed the stumps and went through the fielder as well before racing to the boundary for another four runs. Bangladesh bowler Ebadot Hossain, who was already unhappy with the catch drop, had to run after the ball but he couldn't stop it.

The umpire later signaled it a '7' to the scorers and the crowd enjoyed the drama. Here is the video:
