The excitement is building up for the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) final, which is set to be played between India and New Zealand at Rose Bowl, Southampton starting June 18th.
Team India is gearing up for the much-anticipated clash as they played an intra-squad match and are having multiple net seasons.
On the other hand, New Zealand would be high on confidence entering into the WTC final as they registered their first Test series win in England since 1999.
With only three days left for the final of the Test Championship, Team India vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane posted a video from his nets session on his official Twitter account. In the video, Ajinkya Rahane can be seen watching the ball closely and is leaving no stone unturned to be in the top shape for the clash.
“Getting the basics right ahead of the game,” Ajinkya Rahane captioned the video.
Ajinkya Rahane will hold the key for India's middle-order along with skipper Virat Kohli. In 73 Tests the 33-year-old has scored 4583 runs at an average of 41.28 with 12 hundreds.
