Zaib-un-Nisa ran out the batter at non-striker's end | TwitterPakistan Women and Rwanda women clashed with one another in the ongoing ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 being played in South Africa and it saw one of the most interesting dismissals which is currently the hottest topic in the cricketing circles.

Rwanda women’s captain Gisele Ishimwe won the toss and chose to bat first against Pakistan and the team could manage 106/8 in 20 overs against a quality attack. The skipper top-scored with 40, while opener Cynthia Tuyizere made 20 runs.

Areesha Noor with 2/19 was the pick of Pakistani bowling.

However, the spotlight was on Zaib-un-Nisa, the Pakistani pacer as she ran out a Rwandan batter Shakila Niyomuhoza who was backing up too far out of the crease at the non-striker’s end.

Zaib-un-Nisa noticed Niyomuhoza inching out of the crease while approaching the bowling crease and instead of completing her action, she dislodged the bails and appealed for the dismissal.

Niyomuhoza tried to get back into the crease, but she was way out as Zaib-un Nisa threw the ball in the air with some swag and the umpire gave the batter out.
