Smriti Mandhana, India's opening batter, has completed her quarantine and is no longer in the Mandatory Isolation and Quarantine (MIQ) facility run by the New Zealand government.

To reduce the risk of a COVID-19 outbreak, New Zealand Cricket had moved all of India's fixtures, including a T20I and five ODIs, to Queenstown.

Mandhana is now available for the remainder of the New Zealand ODI series which the hosts lead by 2-0. She missed the first two matches and the only T20I match that began the tour.

Apart from her, Renuka Singh and Meghana Singh also missed those three matches and will now be available for selection for the remaining three ODIs.

Renuka has already been released from quarantine, but Meghana has yet to be found. "Finally, out of quarantine!! Can't wait to get back with the team," the 25-year-old Mandhana wrote on her Instagram handle.

The bilateral series is a key assignment for India ahead of the 50-over World Cup in March-April in New Zealand.
