The third ODI between West Indies women and India women was played at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua. With the 3-match series leveled at 1-1, this was a chance for both sides to win the series.

West Indies captain Stafanie Taylor won the toss and chose to bat first. She played a lone hand with a knock of 79, but only got support from Stacy-Ann King (38) and Hayley Matthews (26) as the team posted 194 runs.  Jhulan Goswami (2/30) and Poonam Yadav (2/35) were the pick of Indian bowlers.

In reply, Indian openers Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues ripped apart the West Indies bowling lineup. Rodrigues made 69 in 92 balls, but the star proved to be Mandhana, who on her return, made 74 in 63 balls with 3 sixes and 9 fours. They added 141 runs in 25 overs for the first wicket. Poonam Raut (24) and skipper Mithali Raj (20) took the team closer to the win, which was achieved in 42.1 overs at the loss of 4 wickets.

With this 6-wicket win, the Indian team also won the ODI series 2-1 and Smriti Mandhana was named the Player of the Match, while Stafanie Taylor was named Player of the Series.
