Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag is quite active on various social media platforms and has gathered a huge following thanks to his witty one-liners and entertaining posts. After India’s 4-wicket remarkable victory over Pakistan, Sehwag took a cheeky dig at the neighboring country.
On Sunday, October 23, on the back of Virat Kohli’s dreamy knock of 82*, Team India gave the entire nation a Diwali gift by pulling off an amazing win over Pakistan in their first Super 12 match of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
Meanwhile, making the most of the situation, Sehwag shared a viral video on his Twitter to take a sarcastic dig at the neighboring country following India’s triumph.
In the video, a man can be seen breaking the TV in angst, with Pakistan's loss to India being digitally photoshopped on the TV screen. It looked like the fan broke the TV because Pakistan lost, but the actual video is of a football fan doing so after his team lost a match.
Sehwag captioned the video: “Relax Padosiyon , it’s only a game. You tried really well. Hamaare yahan Deepawali hai toh pataakhe phod rahe hain aur aap bevajah TV phod rahe hain. Nahin yaar, TV ka kya kasoor.”

On the other hand, former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh also shared his former teammate Sehwag’s post on Twitter by saying: “Log patake phodte hai yeh padosi Tv phodte hai ????????????????.”
