Australia displayed once again why they are renowned for their ability to produce their best cricket under pressure in the biggest games, as they beat Pakistan by 5 wickets to clinch the second semi-final and enter the T20 World Cup final.

Pakistan, who were unbeaten in the Super 12 stage of the tournament, seemed like to be on their way towards the final before a match-winning sixth-wicket partnership of 81* between Marcus Stoinis (40*) and Matthew Wade (41*) as Australia chased down the 177-run target with an over to spare.
