Michael Vaughan feels that only Pakistan can stop the ‘destructive’ England team at this stage in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2021. 

England has been the most dominant side in Group 1 of the T20 World Cup 2021. The Eoin Morgan-led side crushed West Indies in their first match of the marquee tournament and then followed it with the thumping victories over Bangladesh and Australia respectively. 

With three victories in their three matches, England is likely to seal a spot in the semi-finals from Group 1.

On the other hand in Group 2, Pakistan has been in red hot form and has hammered the likes of India, New Zealand, and Afghanistan. With their upcoming matches against Scotland and Namibia, the Babar Azam-led side is also most likely to book their place in the semi-finals. 

Both teams are leaving no stone unturned and have been at their destructive best, winning all three games in the tournament so far.

Former English skipper Michael Vaughan said that the Eoin Morgan-led side is the best and the most destructive team and only Pakistan can beat them at this stage. 

"Now that is a message to the rest ... England are the best team & most destructive ... Whose going to stop them!?? Only #Pakistan look likely at this stage #T20WorldCup," Michael Vaughan Tweeted. 

England will next face Sri Lanka in Sharjah on Monday (1st November) While, Pakistan will be going against Namibia in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday (2nd November).
