India cricketers Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant surprised kids of their teammates on the occasion of Halloween. Both of them are currently in UAE for the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021.
The official social media account of Delhi Capitals (DC) posted the video featuring Pant and Iyer. "#Halloween's #TrickOrTreat came in early for Shreyas and RP17," they wrote.
The kids of Rohit Sharma and R Ashwin can be seen in the clip and they were dressed up for Halloween. While Pant gave them candies, Iyer showed the kids a card trick as they all sat on the floor.
Iyer isn't part of India's main squad for the ongoing tournament and he is only part of the reserve players. On the other hand, Pant, who led DC in IPL 2021, is India's first-choice wicket-keeper.
Indian cricket team will be playing their second match of the T20 World Cup 2021 on October 31 against New Zealand. They started the tournament with a defeat against arch-rivals Pakistan by 10 wickets, and now the Virat Kohli-led side would be looking to make a comeback in an important match.
