India's veteran cricketer Harbhajan Singh is not holding back after being targetted by Pakistan's ex-cricketers and journalists on Twitter. He responded to another journalist who tried to poke him on his comment ahead of the India vs Pakistan match in T20 World Cup 2021.
Harbhajan had joked that Pakistan should give India a walkover in their face-off in Dubai, but the arch-rivals ended up winning the match by 10 wickets on October 24. Ever since Pakistan's win, the journalists from the other side of the border have been taking shots at the Indian spinner.
Some of the Pakistan journalists posted Harbhajan's video in which he was getting hit for sixes by Shahid Afridi. On Friday (October 29), when Pakistan defeated Afghanistan after Asif Ali hit four sixes with 24 runs needed, journalist Sumaira Khan tried to take a jibe at Harbhajan.
"4 SIXERS again @harbhajan_singh walkover Chahiye??? #Pathan #Pakistan #PakistanZindabad," she tweeted tagging the cricketer.
Harbhajan reacted to the post with a quote that read, "Keep rolling your eyes, maybe you will find a brain back there", and he wrote, "I hope itni angreji samaj aajayegi tumhe.. or can someone explain her in Urdu/Hindi this. waise aani chahiye itni angreji samaj and thodi sharm as well I guess."
India have played only one match till now and their next match is against New Zealand, while Pakistan have played three and they won all of them.
