Team India is gearing up for their second clash of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 against New Zealand on Sunday, Oct 31st. They have lost their first match to rivals Pakistan by 10 wickets and this clash against the Kiwis is a must-win encounter for Virat Kohli and co.
However, the entire contingent including mentor MS Dhoni enjoyed a rare off-day on Friday, October 29, 2021, and they utilized it by playing a completely different sport to unwind and let off some steam in the Dubai coastline and enjoying some beach volleyball.

The entire squad participated in the game of beach volleyball and a video of their match was posted on social media by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. "A game of beach volleyball as #TeamIndia unwinds in their day off!" the video was captioned.
The encounter on Sunday between India and New Zealand is a virtual quarterfinal for both teams, who lost their first matches each to Pakistan. A defeat for either side will make it very hard for them to stay in the race to qualify for the semi-final from Group 2.
