India captain Virat Kohli turned up with the ball against Australia in the 2021 T20 World Cup warm-up match on Wednesday (October 20). Kohli came to bowl in the 7th over of the Australia innings and conceded only four runs.

Australia's batter Glenn Maxwell and Steve Smith were at the crease and they could only collect four singles off the last four deliveries in the over. He bowled another over after succeeding in keeping the Aussies quiet.

Kohli's second over in the match came in the 13th over of Australia's innings when they were 73/4 and Maxwell was dismissed. Marcus Stoinis and Smith were on the crease and Kohli conceded only 8 runs in the over.

Stoinis had managed to hit a four on a long hop from Kohli. Other than that, he only conceded four singles in the over and bowled a dot delivery.

Twitterati reacted to Kohli's bowling in the warm-up match. Some felt India should try to sneak in a couple of overs in the main event, while others tweeted about his bowling action.
