Indian cricket team mentor for ICC T20 World Cup 2021 MS Dhoni was seen sharing a light moment with West Indies batter Chris Gayle in Dubai as their respective teams were locking horns in warmup games.
The T20 World Cup 2021 is underway in United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman. While the low-ranked nations are playing each other for a place in the Super 12s stage, the main teams are crossing swords with each other in warmup games.
As West Indies and Pakistan clashed with each other in the warmup game, MS Dhoni was captured with Chris Gayle, discussing something. BCCI took to their official Twitter account and posted pictures of two batting greats.
“Two legends. One memorable moment. When @msdhoni & @henrygayle caught up,” BCCI tweeted.
Cricket West Indies also took to their official Twitter account and shared some pictures in which MS Dhoni can be seen with Dwayne Bravo while Rishabh Pant can be seen posing with Nicholas Pooran.
In another other picture posted by Cricket West Indies, Team India head coach Ravi Shastri can be seen sharing a light moment with West Indies coach Phil Simmons and Pakistan’s batting consultant Mathew Hayden.

Coming to the warmup games, Pakistan defeated West Indies by 7 wickets while Team India also thumped the England cricket team by the same margin at Dubai.
The Virat Kohli-led side will next face Australia in the warmup game on 20th October before locking horns against arch-rivals Pakistan in their first game of the mega event on 24th October.
