India wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant is a fun character and the youngster enjoys the game as much as he takes it seriously. There can't be a dull moment when the entertainer Pant is around.
During India’s T20 World Cup warm-up fixture against England, Pant gave the fans another glimpse of his amusing nature. While standing behind the stumps, he was seen communicating with veteran off-spinner R Ashwin in the 11th over of England’s innings.

The southpaw was suggesting Ashwin to bowl leg-spin in a hilarious manner. Notably, Ashwin is known for his variations and Pant said that it was the right time for him to showcase his leg-spin skills.
“Armaan pura karne ka yahi mauka hai. Leg spin karne ka. Mauka bhi hai, dastoor bhi hai,” stump mic caught Rishabh Pant as saying.

Coming to the match, India defeated England by seven wickets and Pant made his mark in the warm-up game.
Invited to bat first, England piled up 188/5 in their allotted 20 overs. Jonny Bairstow was the top scorer with 36-ball 49 while Moeen Ali (43* off 20 balls) and Livingstone (30 off 20 balls) made notable contributions with the bat.
For India, Shami picked up three wickets but he was quite expensive, conceding 40 runs in his four overs. On the other hand, Jasprit Bumrah returned with impressive figures of 1/26 in his four-over quota.
In reply, India lit up the powerplay with KL Rahul’s stunning 51 off 24 balls. Ishan Kishan top-scored in his role as opener with 70(46) and it was Pant 29(14) and Hardik Pandya 16(10) who finished off the chase with an over to spare.
