Team India’s rising talent Rinku Singh appears to have stayed back with the Test team in South Africa to experience the red-ball conditions after enjoying great time in the limited-overs series.
Rinku was spotted in the Indian dug-out, sitting alongside Virat Kohli and other members during Day 1 of the Boxing Day Test at SuperSport Park in Centurion on Tuesday, December 26.
The cameras caught the destructive batter looking focused and observing the game during the first session of the two-match Test series opener between South Africa and India in Centurion.

Throughout the session, Rinku sported the India Test jersey with a bib on it, indicating his interest in getting accustomed to the Test cricket environment, having already made his ODI debut on the Proteas tour.
Well, coming back to the Test match, South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl first, and their bowlers gave them a remarkable start as the tourists lost their three wickets for just 24 runs. Virat Kohli (38) and Shreyas Iyer (31) could only manage to get past the 30-run mark so far.
Notably, Rinku Singh has so far managed 262 runs in 12 T20I matches for India at a staggering average of 65.50 and a strike rate of 180.68. The KKR star also scored 55 runs in two ODIs.
