The 'rockstar' of India, Ravindra Jadeja added another superb catch in his list on Sunday morning against New Zealand. Jadeja pulled off a spectacular catch on deep square-leg to help Mohammad Shami dismiss Neil Wagner after a 51-run stand for the ninth wicket.

Fans lauded the effort by Jadeja, and some even brought the famous tweet of former India captain MS Dhoni to notice.

Dhoni had made a tweet on 'sir' Jadeja in 2013 that the all-rounder doesn't need to catch the ball, the ball itself comes to him.

It was Dhoni who made 'Sir Jadeja' jokes famous on social media after Chennai Super Kings' memorable win against Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2013 on the last ball.

"Sir Jadeja doesn't run to take the catch but the ball finds him and lands on his hand," he had tweeted.

After the catch, Jadeja reacted very casually, and at the tea break, he said, "I knew he would play a shot there. I was waiting at a fine leg but I didn't know that the ball would come at double pace. I just put my hands there and it stuck."
