New Zealand batsman Ross Taylor was the star for the home side in chasing down 348 at Hamilton. Taylor scored an unbeaten 105 to ensure the Kiwis don't choke as they did in the T20I series.

It was a tough task made easy by a fluent batting of Taylor. He made sure the asking rate stays in control. New Zealand won the match with 11 balls left and 4 wickets in hand.

Taylor, as usual, after scoring the hundred took his tongue out while posing for his century. It is a very common sight whenever he reaches a milestone. The mystery behind it left the commentator Harbhajan Singh curious.

Harbhajan took to Twitter and asked him about it. He wrote, “What a knock @RossLTaylor well done.. tell me why do u put the tongue out every time score 100??? a good game of cricket #indvsnz."

Taylor had revealed the reason in 2015. He said the celebration is for her daughter. "Right back when I was at age group I got dropped a couple of times when I got hundreds," he told Wide World of Sports. "Then I poked my tongue out - (after) I got dropped - against Australia, my second ODI hundred.

"Ever since then my daughter has been pretty happy when I poke my tongue out and that's pretty much for her as well."
