As per astrologer Greenstone Lobo, ace India player Virat Kohli will continue to play international cricket till 2027 at least. Kohli has been under fire for his poor performances recently as he made just 192 runs in total in five Tests, 2 against Bangladesh and 3 matches against New Zealand.
Greenstone Lobo predicted that Kohli will perform amazingly well in the upcoming five-Test Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia.
"One of the main questions that people ask me these days is how long will Virat Kohli play? This is not a question of concern but (it) comes out of love and curiosity. People want to know how long will Virat Kohli play and how long will they be able to enjoy his brilliance?
So, for all the Virat Kohli fans out there, let me tell you one thing. Let me assure you one thing. Virat Kohli is going to be there at least till 2027,” Greenstone Lobo predicted on TOI StarPlay: Cricket & Astrology.
"Looking into Virat Kohli's horoscope, he's brilliant, it is extraordinary and right. Why is it so? Because he has these top bodies, besides Mars and he's born on a full moon day but besides that, Planet X, Planet Y and Z, Neptune, and Uranus are extremely deeply powerfully placed in this chart.
Whatever Virat Kohli is today is because of Uranus and Planet X, Planet Z but one of the most important planets in this chart is Neptune and it has come to the horizon only in 2021. It helped him win the T20 World Cup, where he played a very good role. So, Neptune is going to be powerful till 2027,” he added.
Lobo also stated that the best patch of Virat Kohli with the bat is yet to come and also talked about whether Kohli will be able to beat Sachin Tendulkar’s record of 100 international centuries.
"So, Virat Kohli's time is not yet over and he can produce some brilliant innings in the future only when the planets are going to be reaching the deepest, strongest exalted points, that is when the player does his best.
One of the best patches of Virat Kohli is yet to come. Does it mean that Kohli is going to beat the record of Sachin Tendulkar? Maybe not. That tally of 49-plus Test centuries is very, very steep. So maybe it would be difficult for him to achieve but then Virat Kohli can definitely go beyond Sunil Gavaskar and even Rahul Dravid,” he added.
"A lot is yet to come from Virat Kohli and one thing we can say is that Kohli is going to be pivotal in playing some wonderful match-winning innings. He's not really bothered about the numbers, he's focused on winning and that is exactly what he's going to do for India,” Lobo stated.
The next task for Kohli and the Indian cricket team is the five-test Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which begins on November 22 in Perth. Lobo expected that Kohli will play an important role in the Down Under series.
Lobo said: "He is going to perform brilliantly well because Uranus, which has gone debilitated in the last few months is going to come back into exaltation exactly on November 15th and it's going to stay there throughout this entire tournament. One important thing I can say (for now) is that Down Under Virat Kohli is definitely going to play some very interesting roles."
India coming off a 0-3 Test series whitewash against New Zealand and needs to win 4-0 or 5-0 against Australia to qualify for the WTC 2024 final.
