Rising India cricketing star Yashasvi Jaiswal has come a long way from selling panipuris and living in a tent in Mumbai’s maidans to buying his dream home in a posh locality in Mumbai’s Bandra area.
The young India batter is having a dream run in the ongoing Test series against England, where he scored two big centuries including consecutive double centuries, a 209 and 214* in the second and third Tests respectively.
Now as per a report in Hindustan Times, the young cricketer has purchased an under-construction apartment in Mumbai. The property is 1,100 square feet and is located in Bandra (East). The property deal was registered on January 6, the documents showed.
Ten BKC was launched in 2016 and comprises 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK apartments. At the registered price, Jaiswal’s purchase deal is valued at over ₹48,000 per square foot.
The original promoter of the building Radius Estates has gone into insolvency. The project has now been acquired by Adani Realty. The property is also close to the commercial district Bandra Kurla Complex.
The cricketer, who hails from Badohi in Uttar Pradesh, lived in a tent when he moved to Mumbai. He represents India in international cricket and Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League.
