Sivaramakrishnan shared a photo of Ashwin delivering a ball and questioned his action.

R Ashwin | GettyFormer India spinner Laxman Sivaramakrishnan has renewed his attack on off-spinner R Ashwin as after degrading his abilities and achievements in a previous rant on social media platform X, he turned his attention to the bowler’s action.

Ashwin's credentials as a spin bowler in SENA (South Africa, England, New Zealand, and Australia) nations were called into question by Sivaramakrishnan. He added that Indian pitches are altered so that Ashwin can win Test matches by taking wickets.

He was also called “liability fielder” and “most unfit cricketer” by the former cricketer.

However, later Sivaramakrishnan revealed that he had received a call from R Ashwin and the two talked stuff over, and now things were fine between them.

However, a day later after saying that they had mended ways, Sivaramakrishnan opened up a new can of worms. This time the attack was on Ashwin’s bowling action. Sivaramakrishnan shared a screen grab from the spinner bowling in the nets at NCA recently.

He shared the exact image where Ashwin loads up to deliver the ball and questioned whether it was a biomechanically correct bowling action.

He posted: “Do you still think that this bowling action is biomechanically correct??? That is all I am talking about

Fans were now happy with the ex-cricketer and slammed him for once again targeting Ashwin for no reason.
