Pakistan captain Babar Azam gets fined for over speeding in his Audi

Babar Azam and co. have been granted visas to India for the ICC World Cup 2023.

Babar Azam | XPakistan captain Babar Azam was fined by the Punjab Motorway Police for exceeding the speed limit and the photo of him talking to the traffic police has gone viral on social media.

As per the Times of Karachi, the Pakistan batter was slapped with a fine by the Punjab Motorway Police for exceeding the speed limit on the highway. This incident marks the latest in a series of encounters between the cricket star and law enforcement. Notably, the amount has not been made public.

Earlier in the year, he was caught for not having a proper number plate but wasn’t fined any amount.

Meanwhile, the Indian government issued the Pakistani contingent visas for visiting the country for the upcoming ICC World Cup which begins on October 5 onwards. The team will travel to Dubai in the early hours of September 27 and in the evening they will reach Hyderabad.

Pakistan will take on New Zealand in a warm-up game at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, which will take place behind close doors on September 29.
