India head coach Rahul Dravid’s son Samit Dravid on Saturday (September 23) was included in Karnataka’s 15-member squad for the upcoming Vinoo Mankad Trophy.
Dheeraj J Gowda will lead Karnataka in the tournament while Dhurv Prabhakar will play the role of a vice-captain.
The Under-19 tournament will take place in Hyderabad from October 12 to 20.

Meanwhile, the senior Indian team is performing exceptionally well under Rahul Dravid’s coaching. Recently, the Men in Blue won the Asia Cup 2023 title by thrashing Sri Lanka in the final.
India also got off to a winning start in the three-match ODI series against Australia in Mohali on Friday (September 22).
Following the Australia series, Team India will participate in the ODI World Cup at home. Rohit Sharma and his men will open their campaign against Australia in Chennai on October 8.
